Payment Method

The convention fee is to be paid via bank transfer:

Refund policy

• 75% of the fee will be refunded if you cancel 30 days before the convention
• 50% of the fee will be refunded if you cancel 14 days before the convention
• After that, there will be no refund
• Should the convention be canceled, the fee will be refunded after a handling fee to cover Eurocature’s expenses at that point.

Room Prices 2027

per Person and Night, 3 meals included:

• Singleroom: € 105
• Doubleroom: € 75 per person
• Familyroom: € 68 per person (from 3 persons)
• 3-Bed-room (shared bathroom) € 63 per person (from 2 persons)
• 6-Bed-room (shared bathroom) € 60 per person (from 4 persons)

office@campus-horn.at with the subject “Eurocature” We have blocked the days for Eurocature so you won’t be able to book the room in their public booking system.

Meeting point

For the return trip, there will be a BUS SHUTTLE from Horn to Vienna on Thursday, April 15th, 2027, 11:00 a.m. (after the breakfast) arriving at central Vienna around noon
