Convention Fee

The convention fee is to be paid via bank transfer:

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon full payment of the convention fee.

Refund policy

• 75% of the fee will be refunded if you cancel 30 days before the convention
• 50% of the fee will be refunded if you cancel 14 days before the convention
• After that, there will be no refund
• Should the convention be canceled, the fee will be refunded after a
  handling fee to cover Eurocature’s expenses at that point.
